Gilds

Gilds are a powerful upgrade that can be obtained after Zone 100 and 10 zones each onwards, or purchase 3 gilds for 30 Rubies (300 Rubies on mobile) on shop. The number of gilds you can receive is unlimited, as long as you haven't reached the soft cap (5,460,000 zone). Gilds not only can increase damage bonuses of a hero, but also change the hero's appearance. To check gilded heroes, click on the "Gilded" button at the bottom of the heroes list. (Note that Cid, the Helpful Adventurer and locked heroes cannot be gilded). Each gilded heroes receive a stackable 50% damage bonus, and this can be increased by upgrading Argaiv. Gild can be divided by 2 versions, 1 for current version gilded (right top) and 1 for April Fools 2017 version gilded (right below).

Reassigning Gilds

If you are not satisfied with the gilded hero you get randomly, you can remove it by clicking on it and the game will randomly reassign to another hero for 2 Hero Souls, or if you want to reassign it to the hero you wanted, you can Shift Click on the hero you wanted and a random gild will be reassigned to that hero for 80 Hero Souls, or if you want to gain all of the glided bonus for a single hero (useful in late gameplay), you can click on the hero you wanted while holding 'Q' and it will transfer all the gilds you earned to that hero for the cost of 80 Hero Souls times total gilds earned. Formula: $80{x}$, where x = total gilds earned. Sounds easy, right?
