- He was the first hero added in the 0.17 patch.
- He's technically the first hero in the first group to be added, the ranger group.
- Dread Knight is the only hero to never be the most useful at any point in the game, assuming optimal play. Cid is useful at the very start of transcendences, Treebeast to Frostleaf are useful from when you get them until they're overtaken by the next hero, Atlas to Bomber Max until level 1500, Gog and Wepwawet until level 8000, and every hero onward around when you get them.
