- Astraea is the virgin goddess of innocence and purity in ancient Greek mythology. She is often associated with the Greek goddess of justice, Dike. She was the last of the immortals to live with humans during the Golden Age (hence her color).
- Her twin daggers resemble the Power Daggers from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
- She was the last hero added in the 0.17 patch.
